SEAVIEW TATTOO APPOINTMENT POLICY

By booking your appointment and paying your deposit, you agree and affirm the following:

•Your deposit comes off the total cost of your tattoo. In the case of a multi-session piece, it will come off of the last session.

•Deposits are $100 for a small or walk-in sized tattoo, $150 for larger single session pieces and $300 for a multi-session piece.

•Deposits are non-refundable for ANY reason and are non-transferrable.

•Cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

•If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting me your appointment is considered a no show and your deposit will be forfeited. If this happens twice you will no longer be allowed to work with any artist at our studios.

•You are allowed ONE re-schedule per appointment. A second reschedule is considered a cancellation and will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

•This appointment type is Seaview Tattoo at 8 Circuit Avenue Extension Unit 3, Oak Bluffs, MA.

•Do not show up more than 10 minutes early for your appointment as space in the shop is very limited.

•You may bring 1 friend to your appointment, but depending on how busy the shop is that day, they may be asked to wait elsewhere.

•Our shop minimum is $150. All tattoos start there and go up in price depending on their size, placement and complexity.

•One off pieces are priced at a fixed fee, hourly work is set at $250. We encourage you to discuss budget beforehand so we can come up with a happy medium.
